General Policies:

Our cottages and grounds are smoke and pet free. Volcano's rainforest is at 3800 feet in elevation, so please pack accordingly (bright sunny skies, cold weather, rain, fog - we have it all, sometimes in the same day!).

Payment is preferably handled through Paypal, meaning you don't have to give us your credit card information.   Paypal offers guest account login in most countries, to make it even easier.   If you don't want to use Paypal, we can handle credit cards (Visa / MasterCard) over the phone or via email.

We would like your stay to be as convenient as possible, so if you have special needs, please let us know in advance, and we'll try to help.

All Payment is Full, in advance.    Rates subject to Hawaii State taxes.   For cancelations 30+ days before arrival, full refund minus paypal or bank fees.   15+ days, 50% refund minus bank fees, with no refund for cancelations less than two weeks before scheduled arrival, or for early departures.
